The restaurant is very clean. If you choose to dine in , they will take you to a table and give you a menu. They have sushi options also, 4 different types of Pho, we went with the chicken, it was so flavorful. Very large, I took home some for later. We also had their combination pork, chicken, and beef fried rice, plus chicken teriyaki. These were scrumptious! Tried something new, bulgolgi covered cheese fries. What a delicious treat!

Had our first dinner here, sitting at the sushi bar. The sushi chef was very accommodating and presented us with great food. The sushi was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back again.
This place has the best sushi in town. Every time I eat there it blows my mind. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar, it’s fun to watch them make the sushi and they always give you background information about the freshest catches. One of my top favorite restaurants.
Honestly some of the BEST Sushi I've had. Ordered a few things and everything was amazing. The server was able to explain all the details about their specialty sushi which was amazing hearing about the subtle details on how it was made. The desert I almost felt bad eating it was so pretty. (And also super delicious)
I always love coming here to eat. The food is amazing. The sushi is the bomb I recommend having a Salmon Tiger nigiri. This time around I tried a new food item called row row row your bowl which has three different types of roe, tuna, seaweed salad and rice . You mix it up and eat it and boy it’s it yummy! I also like the my pork bulgogi its cooked to perfection.next time I go in I’m gonna try the pho.
The food was amazing but our service was even better. We came with 5 kiddos ranging from 6months-17. The staff was so attentive and helpful with everyone’s orders. We had sushi, appetizers, really amazing drinks and meals.
My family visited Nori Sushi to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The vegan sushi was delightful, unique. Staff were very aware of ingredients and plant-based friendly. Their veggie roll was not the standard cucumber and avocado role found at most Japanese restaurants. You will be delighted! Clean open space for sitting, with warm and welcoming staff. Nori Sushi in Olympia is definitely my “got to” in Olympia. The service is outstanding and the food is better than 5 Stars +. The customer service here is amazing and the owners are very nice and super personable.
